Refunds & cancellations

Cancel anytime

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (the Billing link in the app) or by emailing support@pennyproof.app. After you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If PennyProof isn't right for you, email support@pennyproof.app within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full. After 7 days, charges aren't refundable, but you can cancel to stop future charges.

If a statement doesn't convert correctly and our automatic re-check can't fix it, tell us. We'll fix it or refund the pages.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Free plan and trial

The free trial (5 pages a day) and the free plan (20 pages a month) never require a card and are never charged.
